Modern, stylish and clean accommodation! The staff are incredibly helpful!! Big Shoutout to Elaine who made the renting process as smooth as possible! Chloe and Azhard too are both incredibly helpful with any issues you have or enquiries and not to mention very kind with a smile and greeting most mornings! Sue from housekeeping is brilliant too incredibly helpful makes a visit every morning to ensure flat is in order with rubbish and so on always smiling and happy to assist. And lastly incredibly safe accommodation with night security. Rich is great always cheerful and greets me! All in all great accommodation to stay in would 1000% book again!

This has to be one of the best student accomodation I have stayed in. And for the price it is definitely worth it. Really nice big rooms and kitchen. Security and staff are nice. It is a quiet accomodation which I like since I had work placements. Only downside will be the circuit laundry, very expensive compared to other student accomodations. But appart from that I enjoyed my stay here.

Friargate Court is hands down the most comfortable, supportive and thriving accommodations across entire Preston. It is affordable and the staff makes you feel at home. I had some of the best and peaceful times at Friargate court. The staff was very kind from day one. They even helped me during an unforeseen circumstance by not only storing my luggage, but also with transferring my workstation and extending my contract at the last minute. It was truly an emergency and they made me feel no less than a family member. They are a reliable bunch of members especially Elaine, David, Azhar and Sam (who no longer works at Friargate Court). I would absolutely recommend it to everyone without hesitation! I would have loved to continue staying here, but I am graduated and I am not a key worker ???? They have fabulously clean rooms, spot on maintenance team, green quadrants and double glazed windows.

Friargate is one of the newer student accommodation buildings in Preston and it’s visible. They have clean room and washrooms. They provide everything you need to get started including bedding, bed sheets, pillows, utensils and plates, cups and bathroom essentials as well. This is the perfect place to study as it’s very quiet and there is 24 hour reception if there is any issues. They have quiet hours after 11 pm every day, and you have to sign in ANY guest you have coming over. Overall, love the stay, will be staying here longer as it’s perfect for medical school and to study.

I had an extremely positive experience living at Friargate. They helped my friends and I out when we were in a pinch for housing and we loved the year we spent in there. The front desk employees are amazing and so helpful! The reason I am not rating them higher however, is because dealing with their deposit department (located outside of the Friargate Court building) is a nightmare. It took me over 3 months and numerous emails to get a partial deposit return, and they automatically take out a certain percent for cleaning fees no matter how spotless you leave your quarters. Don't expect a speedy deposit return, or a full one, if you live here.

Jesus Christ!!!Ok personally I haven't seen Friargate Court but next year September I'll be coming to Uclan Medical School for my MBBS and I've been doing a whole lot of research into the place especially accommodation and gym and my ideal accommodation will have to be a walking distance to Uclan med and a good gym *wink wink JD Gym* and after months of surveying... Friargate Court is the best!!! Looks like a hotel! With all the luxury and ultra modern finishes. I can't wait to be there next year! How do I go about it !

Furnished very modern and I got a brand new room which was a plus. Everything works great (heater, shower, bathroom, kitchen, desk), comes fully furnished, and extremely quiet. The street-facing apartments are very loud, especially when the students go out to party every night around 9-10 pm. My unit faces the courtyard and it's very quiet you can't hear anyone or anything. The service is alright.

Returning student to this luxurious student accommodation which located in between the Preston town centre and UCLan. Room are spacious and it comes with the essential item (cooking utensils, duvet, pillow, toiletries) so you don’t have to carry too much from home unless you want your personal ones. Most importantly staff member are very friendly and helpful.
