About Friargate Court
Friargate Court is one of the largest building projects in Preston and first opened its doors to coincide with the 2016-17 academic year at the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).
Accommodation at Friargate Court consists of 244 hotel-class rooms have been built by Preston’s Eric Wright Construction.
Our accommodation features fully furnished and well-equipped studios and en-suite bedrooms in standard apartment clusters containing between two and five bedrooms, a living area and large kitchen.
The accommodation at Friargate Court is managed by Portergate Property Management, one of several companies within Portergate.
